UNISET A23 is a member of new generation ester cured alkaline phenolic no‐bake
sand binders, designed for longer bench times, higher mould strength and superior casting
surfaces.
UNISER series catalysts are used to eliminate the changes of curing speeds which
are caused by ambient / sand temperature and mould size.
Higher bench time / curing time ratios help the foundrymen work more efficiently,
use decreased addition rates, protect the mould and cores from temperature and other
application fluctuations.
UNISET A23 especially shows higher performance on bigger moulds or moulds that
are prepared with high ambient / sand temperature.
Materials can be packed in steel drums and plastic IBC’s.
